To sign vehicle, form your dominant hand into the ASL number 3 sign, lay it down on its pinkie finger side, and move it forward in front of you in a straight line. This represents any vehicle getting you from your starting point to your destination.
The vehicle sign may also remind you of the signs for garage and helicopter, so be sure not to get these three related signs confused.
