Video: Toast in Baby Sign Language

Signing: To sign toast we place our non-dominant hand stretched with fingers pointing up and we tap it with our dominant hand on both sides using only the index and middle finger. The sign looks like you are touching both sides of a slice of toast with a fork.

Usage: Toast is a favorite baby sign. We introduce our babies to the sign for toast at the breakfast table or when having an afternoon snack of toast and butter.
