Parents is signed by combining the signs for mommy and daddy. Make the 'mommy' sign at the chin with your open number 5 hand once, then bring up your hand to the forehead to make the sign for 'daddy' once as well.
SIGN USAGE
Teach your toddler the parents sign when talking about yourself and your spouse together in relation to your child. Then point to your toddler's friends when they are also with their mom and dad, and indicate the friend's parents as well.
