Today I visited a zoo and waved at a gorilla. He walked up to me, with glass separating us, and he was trying to tell me something. I was copying what he was doing to try and understand but couldn’t figure it out. He was taking his finger and was rubbing the corner of his eye, and then putting that finger in his mouth (As if he was whipping crust out of the corner of his eye and eating it). He kept doing this repeatedly until he realized I wasn’t figuring out what he was doing, and he finally walked away. Does this mean anything specific, or was it just a gorilla being a gorilla.
Thanks so much!

ADMIN – Hi Stephen,
The best source to solve this mystery is to email the zoo and ask if their gorillas are currently learning sign language. Not all zoos have a sign language program for their gorillas.
