We use fix, as part of a game to teach baby about putting things the right way up. For example if you are looking at a postcard and it is upside down, we tell them to “fix it”, meaning they need to re-orientate the photo so it is the right way up. Or we might have a figurine of a horse that is on it’s side, and the baby needs to learn to put it back on it’s feet.
“Fix it” is a very basic game that you can play with young children. It is easy to play spontaneously, there are many opportunities in your day to have them play the game with everyday objects.
