Bracelet

The bracelet sign is made with your dominant hand simply clasping the wrist of your non-dominant hand. Make a modified ASL letter C hand, where only your index finger and thumb are bent to form a letter 'C', then clasp your opposite wrist where you usually wear a bracelet or watch.

SIGN USAGE

Teach your baby or toddler the bracelet sign when dressing them up with a bracelet gift, or when they show curiosity as you yourself wear a bracelet and other jewelry.

Flash Card

This flash card is taught best in conjunction with the actual accessory or jewelry, and also with the other flash cards for other jewelry, clothes and accessories. Once your toddler is already aware of their body parts, you can teach the jewelry signs that match the body parts they already know.
