Belt
Belt in baby sign language looks like your are bringing together the two ends of a belt. You start the sign by making both hands into fists with your index and middle fingers extended. Beginning with your hands positioned at your hips, bring the two hands around the front of your waist until the protruding fingertips touch.
Flash Card
Use the belt flash card in conjunction with other clothing flash cards to make a game out of signing the clothing signs. As well as using the flash cards, there are lots of opportunity to practice these signs from real-life experiences.
