    ADMIN – Hi Jennifer,

“Imagine you were married to an engineer, and they wanted to bathe with maximal efficiency!. Please note that “they” is gender-neutral.

Singular they is the use in English of the pronoun they or its inflected or derivative forms, them, their, theirs, and themselves (or themself), as an epicene (gender-neutral) singular pronoun. It typically occurs with an antecedent of indeterminate gender.

At http://www.babysignlanguage.com we see equal potential in all people irrespective of gender, ethnicity or other personal characteristics that may trigger social bias.
