Truck

Signing: The truck sign is like driving a truck with a big steering wheel. To make the truck sign, hold your hands out and apart as if you were holding a steering wheel. Move your hands back and forth as if you were turning the wheel back and forth.

Usage: Truck is a great sign to use with infants that are car crazy. Teaching signs for a passenger car and truck can be very engaging to these infants. They seem to equally love trucks whether the big heavy truck rumbling past or whether it is a toy truck in their play area.
