My 18 month old grandson has learned some sign language that our family uses with him (“all done”, “more”, etc.). Lately he has made a sign that uses one hand palm up while the other hand’s index finger taps the opposite palm. Can you tell me what he is signing?

ADMIN – Hi Nyla,

It sounds a little like more. It is equally possible he just made it up. Much like children first learning to speak say gibberish words, sometimes young signers will make up their own sign … sometimes they have a meaning to them, other times it is just a bit of fun.
