I have worked in the child care field for many years and have found that sign language is a plus when it comes to working with toddlers. This sight is a welcome find for me simply because signing can help children find their words. I have found that signing also engages the parents. My children have gone home and used signs they have learned , this opens up parent teacher relationship because the parent/guardian comes back to ask what their child is doing.
