Signing: Most parents use the regular sign for milk. But, if you want to Breast Feed specifically, you would make the sign for feed, and direct the sign toward your breast. To make the sign for feed, take your thumbs and touch them to your fingers, then gesture toward your breast.
Usage: The sign for milk is typically used if you are breast feeding. We would only make the distinction of using breast feed, if you feed baby other kinds of milk, such as formula (we use cup milk) or cow milk.
